During today's Nintendo Direct, Nintendo announced that Lucas will be making his return to the Super Smash Bros. series through downloadable content on both the Wii U and 3DS versions of the game. Lucas, who originally appeared in the Mother series, made his Smash Bros. debut in Super Smash Bros. Brawl on Wii.[Excerpt]
This marks the second character being made available to download and add to the Super Smash Bros. roster through DLC. According to a screen shown on the Direct, Lucas is scheduled to debut sometime in June.
