Sony rewards after class action Vita lawsuit are now available


Back in November the Federal Trade Commission, a US-based government agency, found Sony guilty of "deceptive acts" in regards to its Vita advertising prior to the handheld's launch. It posited that Sony and its ad agency, Deutsch LA, made a series of misleading claims as to the Vita's functionality, and now US folks who purchased a Vita prior to 1st June 2012 are eligible for their rewards.


As detailed on Vitaclaims, these include your choice of a $25 cheque, $25 of store credit on PSN, or one of three different video game bundles such as:


Those eligible for rewards should receive an e-mail notification, but even if you didn't, you can still claim your prize by filling out and sending this form, along with proof of purchase, by 29th June 2015.
